By using MindJar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What MindJar Is
A digital wellness tool based on containment therapy—writing down worries and symbolically storing them. It is not medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis. Use it alongside, not instead of, professional care.
Your Responsibilities
- Seek professional help for significant mental health difficulties
- Contact emergency services if in crisis
- Use this as one part of your wellbeing approach
- Keep your device secure
Age Requirements
For users 13+. Under 16? Please ensure a parent or guardian is aware.
Your Data
Everything stays on your device. We can't access it. You're responsible for the content you write and your device security. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Crisis Resources
We link to crisis support services as a public service. We're not affiliated with these organisations. In emergency, always call 999.
Limitations
We're not liable for damages from using or inability to use the service, reliance on it for mental health support, data loss, or service interruptions.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
